At Mojobreak, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase; however, due to the volatile nature of the sports card market, returns are generally restricted to unopened merchandise and defective items. Please review our structured process below to initiate a return request within 14 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Shipment

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all factory seals are intact, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 3.
    Ship to Mojobreak

    Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our processing center; we recommend purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
